We inform our exhibitors and other stakeholders that we have no contact with the distributors of FAIR GUIDE or EXPO GUIDE. BFE warns you about companies who place your participation in a fair (in their guide) and then, in return, use our (trading) name in their own letters. These publications can involve often high costs.
The fair booths are assigned according to the theme you have chosen (flowers – decoration – gifts – design), seniority, surface, registration date and your requests.
COST OF PARTICIPATION (21 % VAT not included)
- Application fee € 350,00 (after 30/11/2011: € 445,00) This price includes: the mandatory inclusion in the official catalogue, the link with the trade fair’s website and the third party liability insurance.
- Surface (minimum surface = 12 sq.m.)
- Space only : This price includes: surface, standard carpet and a name board.
- Built stand : This price includes: surface, partitions and/or fascia board, standard carpet and a name board.
